• Face restoration and enhancement
• Photo colorization
• Object removal (inpainting)
• Era-based photo dating
• Animation generation

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

4.1 Credit System

• Services are accessed using credits
• Credit costs vary by enhancement type and complexity
• Credits do not expire while your account is active
• Unused credits are non-refundable

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Contact support for billing disputes within 30 days

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to enhance photos you own or have rights to process.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or process:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Content that violates others' intellectual property
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Malware or code designed to disrupt the Service

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

5.4 Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, account suspension, termination, or reporting to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos
• This license terminates when your content is deleted

6.2 AI-Generated Content

• Enhanced photos are derived from your original content
• You own the rights to enhanced versions of your photos
• AI models used remain our intellectual property

7. Disclaimers & Liability

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

7.2 AI Processing

• AI results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Enhancement quality depends on input image quality
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, extended inactivity (12+ months), or legal requirements.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy, and credits are non-refundable.
